Azure IOT – Technical Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Skills :
Knowledge with Azure IOT and how it works with associated Azure services.
Hands on provisioning device, provisioning and monitoring an Io T hub
Knowledge of communication methods, Tokens between Hubs and devices etc
Knowledge on Microsoft Io T solutions, networking, device topology
Knowledge of Io T concepts, protocols, architecture, workflows
Familiarity with Io T platforms, cloud services, and networking technologies.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms , model development , and deployment.
Knowledge of coding into C, C++ and Python will be an added advantage and
Knowledge of Io T SDK’s and troubleshooting skills
Experience in Artificial Intelligence is desirable
Configure/manage two-way connectivity between Azure and Io T devices
Handle security / access issues/ Token authentication errors/ create & maintain Person Group
Monitoring alerts, diagnostic logs and metrics on Io T Hub/Io T Hub-management
Knowledge to create and manage AKS clusters, quotas, service &subscription limits
Io T Hub and DPS service security(TLS) certificate create/renewal

Technical Support Engineer - Responsibilities
• Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
• Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues, using collaboration, troubleshooting best practices and transparency within and across teams (e.g. swarming)
• Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
• Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
• Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
• Provide ramp activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring
• Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)
Customer Guidance: Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on best practices for machine learning model development, deployment, and monitoring using Azure Machine Learning.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performs system maintenance and upgrades, and provides guidance and training to users.
• Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles; may be workload or specialty specific
