Senior Netsuite Finance Consultant, Kadapa

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Net Suite Finance Consultant with deep experience supporting retail clients.

This role requires a strong functional and advisory background in Net Suite Financials and the ability to interface directly with business users to design solutions, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Net Suite financial processes, best practices, and system capabilities Lead and support financial process improvement initiatives across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and procurement Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Net Suite, aligning with retail industry needs Configure and customize Net Suite financial modules as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) to implement and optimize system usage Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates Provide training and support to end users Requirements:8+ years of experience in Net Suite ERP with a strong focus on financial modules Previous experience working with retail clients or in the retail sector Proven ability to engage with business leaders and provide strategic and operational finance guidance Strong understanding of accounting principles and retail finance workflows Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Net Suite certification is a plus
