Role: Manager Ops Finance / Pricing
Work Mode: Hybrid
As an Ops Finance / Pricing resource, your responsibilities will include providing financial insights and projections to various stakeholders and preparing pricing for new business opportunities. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
Provide Ops Finance support to the operation teams related to productivity, forecast planning, reporting, and other cost metrics.
Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Assist in creating presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
Partner with Operations Leadership to Identify Cost Management Initiatives and Detailed IT Program Spending and Analysis
CA/MBA/Bachelor’s degree and experience in finance or a related area
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in - Planning & Budgeting, Forecasting, Monthly P&L, cost reduction, Revenue improvement, revenue forecasting, BPO/Contract Pricing, Deal negotiation, Contract Management.
Good to have BPO pricing experience is a plus.
Experience in developing financial reports like P/L, Projected & forecasted financial for new Business centers etc.
General knowledge of financial/operational principles
Advanced Excel skills. Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
