Senior Oracle Flexcube Technical Lead – Relocation to Colombia Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions using Oracle Flexcube.
- Coordinate technical teams, ensuring high-quality, timely deliveries aligned with project goals.
- Serve as the technical go-to person, offering advanced support and training in Flexcube-related technologies.
- Oversee Flexcube integration with other banking systems, ensuring efficiency and system stability.
- Design and validate new functionalities, customizations, and core banking integrations.
- Manage and resolve critical incidents, ensuring optimal response times.
- Collaborate closely with business units, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Ensure adherence to technical best practices, system guidelines, and configurations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of technical experience with Oracle Flexcube, including development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of:
- PL/SQL and Oracle Database
- Java and Oracle Middleware
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Hands-on experience with Flexcube module customization and configuration.
- Solid understanding of banking architecture and financial processes.
- Proven technical leadership and project management skills.
- Intermediate or higher technical English proficiency.
