We are currently seeking Quality Analysts to join our team in Chennai.

These are hybrid roles, requiring in-office presence for 2 days per week.

Your key responsibilities as a Quality Analyst will be: You will manage client model portfolios, including new client setups, fee calculations, and fund weightings You do regular platform checks and post-rebalancing checks to ensure data accuracy You generate monthly reports such as factsheets for client portfolios You should identify and address data inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and missing information You will participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate and achieve targets You ensure accurate data integration for new clients and conduct onboarding checks You will provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries You should validate daily, weekly, and monthly workloads, and document them in designated systems You are tracking and reporting on team productivity and key metrics You conduct regular data quality checks and bi-monthly token checks You are maintaining yearly precision schedules and monitoring the sampling tool for issues You must collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction To join us as Quality Analyst you will need the following experience and skills: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a finance specialization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively Experience in the financial services industry (preferred but not mandatory) To be successful as a Quality Analyst, you should have the following personal competencies: Analytical thinking Problem-solving capability Precision and thoroughness Relationship management Teamwork-oriented By joining the team as a Quality Analyst, you will be offered the following: 24 days of Annual leave Paid Study leave Enhanced paternity & maternity Statutory benefits - top end 12% PF and Gratuity Flexible home and office working Support to set up a home office Medical insurance cover, with the option to add family members Dedicated emotional wellness care for all employees Annual health checkup Pre-paid benefit cards In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that values Trust, Connectivity and Innovation.
