We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate ACCA Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ACCA qualification process and a proven track record of teaching or tutoring in accounting and finance. This role involves providing high-quality instruction, mentoring students, and helping them achieve their ACCA goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective ACCA tutoring sessions online as per ANSA methodology.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and materials tailored to the ACCA curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support students in exam preparation, including strategies for tackling exam questions.
- Stay updated on ACCA syllabus changes and best teaching practices.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualified ACCA Professional (Affiliate/Member) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Atleast two years' experience in teaching or tutoring in accounting or finance. (Previous experience in teaching ACCA Qualification papers is an advantage, not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Proficient in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students succeed.
