Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Lead Blockchain Developer to join our innovative and fast-paced technology team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in blockchain protocols, crypto exchange development, and arbitrage strategies.

As a technical leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing decentralized solutions that support our trading and exchange infrastructure.

Proficiency in Golang is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and secure blockchain-based applications and crypto trading platforms.

- Build and maintain decentralized systems including smart contracts, crypto wallets, and arbitrage bots.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate blockchain protocols and exchange APIs.

- Develop and implement arbitrage strategies across multiple centralized and decentralized exchanges.

- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and scalability of blockchain solutions.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and code reviews.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in De Fi, Web3, crypto protocols, and regulatory landscape.

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of software development experience with at least 45 years in blockchain technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, Web3, and crypto APIs.

- Solid understanding of crypto exchange mechanisms, order books, liquidity pools, and trading logic.

- Proven experience in arbitrage strategies, bot development, and latency optimization.

- Proficient in Golang (preferred); experience with Rust, Solidity, or Java Script/Type Script is a plus.

- Good understanding of security best practices in blockchain applications (key management, signature schemes, etc.

- Experience with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains.

- Familiarity with De Fi protocols, DEXs (like Uniswap, Pancake Swap), and cross-chain interoperability.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience leading remote, distributed engineering teams.

- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects is a plus.
