Greenbox Capital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated experienced data analyst to join it’s team. This remote role in India plays a crucial part in supporting our lending operations by providing in-depth analysis, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our lending decisions are well-informed and aligned with our risk management framework.
This role is based out of India.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed data analysis to assess credit risk, identify trends, and evaluate the performance of loan portfolios.
- Interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights to support lending decisions and business strategies.
- Develop and deliver regular automated reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
- Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate potential risks and opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis processes, and reporting methods.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data analysis.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Explore and integrate new data technologies and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- At least 4 years of professional work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the commercial lending or fintech industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI (will be tested).
- Experience in Cloud Computing Services such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
- Proven track record of conducting complex financial analyses and providing strategic recommendations.
