We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Managment Practice team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Assistant Vice president/ Vice president – Risk Management Practice
We will count on you to:
- Capable of data mining and identifying business opportunities.
- Studying the client's existing portfolio and consulting the client in managing risks involved in the existing transactions, portion of risks to be insured.
- Doing gap analysis of the existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the insurers.
- Working with Operations teams to get all the bookings done in the system/generate debit notes, etc.
- Placing 100% of the risk within the timeline
- To ensure all the documentations and the reinsurance documentation are complete.
- To ensure all policy documents are in order and are reaching the clients within agreed time period.
- Renewal tracking and ensuring timely reminders are sent to the clients for premium payment to ensure insurance continuity.
- Providing continuous assistance to our clients with regard to any query related to claims.
- Connect with peers, clients, prospects to generate business leads.
What you need to have:
8+ years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
Ability to manage diverse client Cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
Experience in Insurance Companies/ Insurance Broking company, Financial Services industry ( Investment Banking, Corporate Debt Syndication, Project Finance Advisory, etc focused on Corporate Solutions), Business Consulting Company
Domain knowledge necessary
MBA from a reputed B - School.
