About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Associate - Non-Tech to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition efforts for non-technical roles across various domains like Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates who possess the skills, experience, and cultural fit.

You are a good fit if :

You have 1+ years of proven work experience as a Non-Tech Recruiter, preferably in a consulting or advisory company or a high-growth environment.
In-depth knowledge of non-technical roles across various functions such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.
Knowledge of sourcing, reviewing resumes and applications, screening candidates, and conduct initial phone screens to assess their qualifications and experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
You have experience in end to end recruitment.
You have the drive to find the right talent and help startups grow.
Proactive and self-driven approach with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities :

Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring mandates and develop effective recruitment strategies for non-technical positions.
Identify target talent pools, both active and passive, using various sourcing techniques, including online job portals, social media platforms, networking events, and industry-specific forums.
Conduct comprehensive searches to identify potential candidates for non-tech positions, utilizing various sourcing channels like Linked In, Naukri, etc.
Review resumes and applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone screens to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain a proactive talent pipeline by building and nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with our Portfolio companies and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics to provide regular reports and insights to your Hiring Manager.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
