IBD Senior Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investment banking Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected candidate will work in financial analysis, industry research, and preparing client deliverables such as pitch books and company profiles for investment banking projects. Additionally, manage team allocation, quality checks, and training to ensure timely, error-free project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, industry research,
- company / M&A screening, and newsletter preparation.
- Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, management biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry / peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.
- Handle responsibilities such as training and guiding junior and new analysts, maintaining efficiency, working independently on complex projects, and delivering error-free projects and client communications.
- Allocate projects to team members depending on their industry expertise and skills, resolve their project-related queries, and perform quality checks on client deliverables.
- Create and maintain databases.
- Conduct on- and off-the-job training sessions for new hires and current team members

Required Qualifications
- Post Graduation/ MBA in Finance domain/ CFA/CA
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking domain
- Strong Accounting and financial skills\ Good MS Office Skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
