Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 68 years of professional expertise to join our dynamic team.

This role requires deep knowledge of both backend and frontend development technologies with a focus on Python Django Django Rest Framework (DRF) Django Objectrelational mapper (ORM) and modern frontend stacks like React HTML CSS and Java Script.

The ideal candidate should also have experience working on CRM systems and possess leadership qualities to serve as a colead manager within the team.

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is highly valued while skills in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and system design are considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python Django and Django Rest Framework for the backend.

Build interactive responsive and performant user interfaces with React HTML CSS and Java Script.

Implement and manage RESTful APIs for seamless frontendbackend integration.

Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive userfriendly interfaces.

Drive best practices in code quality testing and software engineering principles.

Oversee and mentor a team of developers as a colead manager facilitating code reviews team discussions and development processes.

Engage in continuous integration and deployment using Docker AWS Kubernetes and other Dev Ops tools.

Develop testing strategies and ensure high test coverage including unit integration and performance testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Proficient in data security practices (like encryption rolebased access audit logging) Requirements 7 years of experience in fullstack development.

Expertise in Python Django and Django Rest Framework.

Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML CSS Java Script and React.

Experience working on CRM systems and related tools.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for building userfriendly interfaces and with version control systems (e.g.

Git ). Other Important Skills Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and system design.

Experience with Docker AWS (or MS Azure GCP) Kubernetes and Dev Ops workflows.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloudnative applications.

Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing test cases.

Experience in agile development processes and working in crossfunctional teams.

Familiarity with database technologies like Postgre SQL My SQL or Mongo DB.
