This organisation specialises in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others. The role is for the global markets and is focusing on research in the field of energy and natural resources. Job Description Support Business Development and Partners of high focus clients by providing them actionable reports and relevant insights. Understand and analyse industry trends and develop reports to advise the clients - specifically in the energy and natural resources sector Provide sales enablement insights - help global teams understand information on trends, revenue and do business research based on internal and external data. Identify Business Development initiatives and discuss those opportunities with senior stakeholders. Maintain a team of junior colleagues. Responsible for hiring, onboarding and training of the team as well. Maintain regular connect with the different stakeholders in the Global Markets to ensure that the deliverables are delivered smoothly. Developing the practise of energy and natural resources while working with senior stakeholders within the organisation The Successful Applicant A successful candidate will be a postgraduate with atleast 11+ years of relevant experience. S/he should have worked extensively in the field of energy and natural resources. Should be comfortable with researching and analyzing sector trends Strong business research skills - exposure to the energy sector. Strong data interpretation and analysis. Understanding of platforms like PowerBI is an added advantage. Excellent business communication skills - written and oral. Previous experience of managing a team will also be crucial in this role. Excellent report writing skills - the candidate should be able to ensure that he/she is able to present their findings to senior stakeholders properly. Excellent interpersonal skills.
