What you will do: Work closely with HRIS and IT on the development of reporting and analytics tools and reports in HR in Success Factors Serve as a SPOC for the HC Pivot report with ownership of the generation of related My HR data reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Finance Ownership of regular and ad-hoc reporting products, with end-to-end customer management Hold a strong knowledge of Colt's business in order to understand HR data requirements.

Continuous testing of data quality and data health dashboards Work with the wider HR team in understanding any data requirements for the current and future projects Delivery of internal and external audit reports with 100% accuracy Provide input into the design, implementation and improvement of the suite of people metrics, to enable them to make informed business decisions What we are looking for Skills & Experience 3+ years of HR/people data reporting experience, including storytelling with data and/or providing meaningful insights from analysis An expert with common data tools e.g.

Microsoft Excel (Power Query & Pivot essential; VBA, SQL would be an advantage).

Experience with modern BI tools (e.g.

Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau) and statistical tools and methodology (R, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling) would be an advantage.

Ability to cleanse and analyse raw people data and draw meaningful insights, with the ability to present these back to a wide range of business stakeholders Strong HR related experience and comprehensive understanding of HR processes required.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of business and HR stakeholders Familiarity with Success Factors reports and data Experience with documentation, especially SOPs, definitions and/or processes Ability to autonomously develop various data quality and report accuracy checking methods to ensure 100% accuracy in products delivered Skills Data Management Data Standards and Procedures Data Access and Reporting Data Analysis Data Problem Solving Data Visualization General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Presentation Preparation Business Analysis About company * Colt Technology Services       What we offer you:   Looking to make a mark?
