Must have completely owned and led the Procure-To-Pay function of a large organization (withrevenues >5k cr.), preferably in a manufacturing industry.2.
Must have the experience of either setting up a Shared Service centre or in digitization, automationand transformation of P2 P processes in a lead role.3.
Should have a deep understanding of latest technology trends in the P2 P area.4.
The candidate must be able to understand all aspects related to controls and compliances in Procure-to-Pay function and still have a service mindset.5.
Must have hands-on experience on SAP, must be able to navigate through various SAP features andpull-out data / reports from various systems on his/her own.
Should be able to help the teams introubleshooting wherever required.6.
Must have experience of managing senior level stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Shouldbe able to handle escalations and audit issues on his/her own7.
The candidate must have a strong KPI mindset and be able to drive performance through KPImonitoring.8.
Candidate should be able to engage with various external agencies (auditors, consultants, taxauthorities etc.) for work related assignments as and when required9.
