5+ years of overall experience spanned across various testing area Good Automation Experience in UFT and Selenium UFT/Selenium Experience is must to have. 2+ years of experience in business analysis and assisting product owner/Business analysts in refining user stories and building strong user scenarios Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments At least 3 years of experience in strategy and planning of technical testing 2+ years of hands-on experience in automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and execution ( preferably Cucumber/BDD - based frameworks) HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool Experience in User Acceptance development & implementation Knowledge and understanding of business tools and processes Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Solid experience and understanding of the Agile development lifecycle Desired Qualifications 3+ year of financial services experience (Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Lending ,Insurance); prior consulting experience is a plus Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications Team will support UAT for Commercial Capital products, services and capabilities. As part of this scope of work, the team will perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) You will focus on leading test engineers on the design, customization and optimization of test suites for web and desktop based applications. You will partner with various business and technical groups with both digital and mainframe capabilities to pursue and deliver automated solutions that drive efficiency and bring the Testing Services vision and strategy to life.
