PO Creation and Invoicing
You would be responsible for managing our entire sourcing operations from PO to GRN - overseeing the order placement process, ensuring accurate and timely record of PO and Invoices to enable timely accounting and payments while ensuring minimal mistakes in orders. Work closely with central sourcing team to optimize and reduce delivery lead times and payment cycle. CX and B2 B Billing
Understand invoicing and be able to create Invoices as well as ewaybill and IRN. Partner with accounting and Finance
You would be the person responsible for running the show when it comes to ensuring that all documentation has been completed on time. You will act as a link between sourcing and WH ops with the accounting team. Previous experience in similar role and understanding of Invoicing, GST, and ERP helpful. This is a work-from-office role.
