We are seeking a Net Suite Techno-Functional Lead to architect and own technical solutions across our ERP ecosystem. You will serve as a subject matter expert across Finance, Operations, and cross-functional business systems, leading hands-on development, process optimization, reporting, and integration efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced Saa S environment and is excited to solve complex problems through smart automation and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and maintenance of finance and accounting systems, including ERP (Net Suite), Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash , and other financial applications
Configure and customize finance systems to meet business requirements and ensure data integrity across platforms
Design and implement system workflows, automations, and integrations to enhance operational efficiency
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system implementations and enhancements
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to identify system requirements and process improvements
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by ensuring system integrity and data accuracy
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support financial analysis and decision-making
Participate in system security reviews and maintain appropriate internal controls
Stay current with system updates and new features to maximize functionality
Provide training and support to system users across the organization
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in finance/accounting systems implementation, configuration, and support
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Net Suite experience preferred) and integrated financial applications like Adaptive, Procurement and T&E systems are desired.
Experience with financial process automation and system integrations
Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes and working knowledge of financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash)
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
Familiarity with system testing methodologies and documentation best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to design and architect new system solutions
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Ability to manage technical projects from design through deployment with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication; able to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
Experience supporting or leading system implementations, upgrades, or ERP migrations
Understanding SOX compliance and internal control processes in a public company environment
Prior experience in a high-growth Saa S, e Commerce, or tech company

Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

Familiarity with system testing methodologies and documentation best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and working in cross-functional squads
Ability to mentor junior team members or provide architectural guidance
Experience with Net Suite Suite Analytics Workbook and/or external BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
