Own the book of work for Statistical Models to be built for Consumer Wealth organization and execute as per planThe Role holder is expected to work with US Consumer Wealth organization, Decision Management and AIM teams lead to build analytical modeling frameworks / solutions to drive AUM growth, Net new moeny and revenue per client.Lead Modeling process transformation. Drive adoption of latest Big data architecture, usage of driverless AI solutions and automated governance platforms to improve productivity & turn around time of model developmentOwn the end to end modeling life cycle across Scoping, feature universe generation, model building, governance / maintenance / approvals and implementation. Liaison with relevant tech / business teams to get Models liveThis is a senior role with 4 to 5 analysts reporting into the role. The role holder is expected to guide the team leads and yet have operational responsibility of leading at least one team hands-on in delivering analytical projectsImplement a good project management routine by having an up to date view of projects under delivery, pipeline view for next 30 to 90 days and ironing out potential project prioritization or resourcing issues with stakeholders proactivelyCoach and mentor team members on Model building, analytical project delivery, insight generation, project management, stakeholder management and innovationSupport the team in hiringQualificationsMaster’s degreeMandatory:10 - 12 years of experience in Retail & Wealth management business. Experience in functions such as marketing / product / analytics / customer experience / Sales with exposure of working in a bank is critical. Cross functional experience is needed to lead this teamAt least 2 to 3 years experience leading a modeling delivery team. At least 3 years hands on experience building Machine learning modelsStrong Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Data warehouse, Python/Pyspark and Hadoop.Led a cross functional team in a matrix environmentRobust Stakeholder management and Partner Engagement skills across markets.Effective oral & written communication skills required.
