Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager with proven experience in the crypto and blockchain space. In this role, you will spearhead strategic marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and retain users for our d App offerings. Your expertise in digital channels, community building, and performance analytics will be crucial in scaling our user base and establishing a vibrant community around our innovative protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the crypto and d App market.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, content marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives with innovative, cost-effective strategies.
Community Building & Engagement:
Cultivate and engage with online communities on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
Build strategic partnerships with crypto influencers, thought leaders, and industry stakeholders.
Organize and manage community events, AMAs, webinars, and other engagement activities to drive brand loyalty.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track user behavior and campaign performance.
Collaborate with product and UX teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.
Brand & Content Development:
Develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with the crypto community.
Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets.
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with significant experience in the crypto or blockchain sector.
A proven track record in driving user acquisition and community growth for d App or technology products.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and emerging trends within the crypto ecosystem.
Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
