About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Lead to join a dynamic implementation team supporting a U. S.-based retail client. This role requires working India night hours (aligned with U. S. Pacific Standard Time), ensuring full collaboration with the California-based team.
As the OTC Lead, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of SAP S/4 HANA Retail solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end OTC process design, configuration, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and implementation of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within S/4 HANA Retail.
- Engage with business users, solution architects, and developers in the U. S. to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment.
- Conduct configuration, testing, training, and documentation for SAP SD/OTC modules.
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and EWM.
- Identify and resolve functional and integration issues during the project lifecycle.
- Participate in cutover planning, data validation, and post-go-live support.
- Work during California business hours (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST).
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Retail is a must.
- Proven track record in leading SAP OTC process implementations in large-scale environments.
- Excellent understanding of pricing, order management, invoicing, delivery, and billing processes.
- Experience with integration touchpoints across procurement, inventory, and finance modules.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with U. S.-based business and IT stakeholders.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a night shift with limited supervision.
Nice to Have:
- U. S. client-facing experience.
- Exposure to global retail or ecommerce environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
