Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients postsales.
Address client inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Trade Settlement and Confirmation: Oversee and ensure timely settlement of trades and accurate trade confirmations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (like custodians and clearing houses) to resolve settlement issues promptly.
Risk Management: Monitor and manage posttrade risks including settlement credit and operational risks.
Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline postsales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce risk and cost.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and analyze posttrade reports for management and clients.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to postsales activities.
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor junior team members.
Foster a collaborative team environment and provide training as necessary.
Recruitment of Team members and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; Recruitment of Call and amp; Trade and dealers in terms of performance Training Quality and attrition management.
and nbsp; Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
Advanced degrees (MBA CFA) preferred.
Extensive experience in a similar role within the Broking and nbsp;industry with a focus on postsales operations in equity or derivative markets.
Strong understanding of trade settlement processes regulations and market practices.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
