Experience: 20+ years Role encompasses managing a large team who are from teams of Revenue and Receivables, Vendor payments, Cash/ Treasury Management, Fixed Assets Management, Tax etc Key Responsibilities: The Scope covers India Entities and also the Onsite Entities (US, UK, Canada, Philippines) of Legacy Syntel
Financial Accounting & Reporting, Audits (Statutory, Internal)
Providing employee support for offshore employees managing Payroll, Expenses & Foreign deputations
Margin analysis & Improvement, Planning, Budgeting, Financials Forecasts for weekly/ monthly reviews
Review and approval of budget requests for any spend and reviews with Global CEOs, CFOs and Business Leaders
Statutory compliances including Incomes Tax (Direct/ Indirect), STPI/ SEZ, RBI, as well as various Accounting Standards, Companies Act, FEMA and so on
Monitor & enhance all financial procedures & internal controls, automation & integration of financial systems
Working on Special Projects – Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructure, Integration, Dividend Payouts
Managing the CSR function for the India entities
Leading the Corporate Insurance function which ensures Insurance Policies for Employees Benefits, Liabilities, Assets Qualification:
