KEY Position Responsibilities Sr.

Key Responsibilities 1 Prepare analyze and present accurate and timely financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements 2 Manage daily accounting operations activities like billing purchase expense and other data entry 3 Maintain accounting documents and records ensuring all files are up to date 4 Ensure compliance with accounting principles standards and regulations 5 Preparing and processing Eway bills invoices receipts monthly payroll and other payments 6 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ensuring accuracy and timely payment while overseeing banking activities and transactions 7 Prepare GST & TDS data and their respective payments.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations 8 Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company 9 Conduct financial analysis to support business operations identify trends and recommend improvements 10 Provide insights into costsaving opportunities and revenue enhancement 11 Reconcile bank statements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys financial position 12 Monitor cash flow and liquidity reporting any concerns or opportunities to management 13 Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.

Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process 14 Identify and mitigate financial risks ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
