Job description : Experience: 10 to 15 years of handson experience in ETL/ELT Data Integration and DWBI projects preferably with SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Educational Qualifications: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline B.

Tech MCA or MBA with a strong analytical background preferably in the banking domain.

Communication: Ensure smooth communication between various internal and external teams including Audit and IT teams.

Best Practices: Provide mentorship on best practices for DWBI project management and architecture within the team.

Data Quality: Measure data quality identify gaps and implement proper maker/checker processes.

Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement automation and tuning for better performance of existing and new ETL scripts/packages.

Team Management: Effectively manage a team of 10 members providing 24x7 information support to BIU business verticals.

Domain Knowledge: Functional knowledge of banking products processes and data is preferable.

Skills: Strong communication presentation and problemsolving skills with a positive attitude.
