Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader who can manage payouts across corporate and individual agents , ensuring strategic alignment, compliance, and accuracy.
Location- Mumbai-Malad, HO
Designation- Manager / Sr. Manager - Distribution Finance
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead R&R/Contest payouts for intermediaries & employees across multiple channels.
✅ Design and calculate incentive payouts aligned with the approved PMS framework.
✅ Analyze process efficiency & MIS reports to identify key improvement areas.
✅ Ensure strict compliance & accuracy in all payout processes.
✅ Drive automation & system improvements for better operational efficiency.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams & external auditors (IRDA) to ensure governance.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ 8+ years of experience ( minimum 5 years in Life Insurance).
✔ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
✔ Expertise in MIS reporting, payout accuracy, and automation.
✔ Ability to navigate high-volume financial processes with precision.
