The role is part of a desk extension team and reports into the PB Emerging Markets Performance Management/COO team in Singapore; as well as having a local reporting line in Mumbai.

and above Your Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)Essential Job Functions: Preparation of Cost Forecast documents and Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads.
Support Cost & FTE Management, which includes maintenance of hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities.
Support various planning rounds incl.
adjustments of planning scenarios, alignment with global planning team.
Upload planning figures in the system, maintenance of planning figures during the year (adjustments).
Monthly Cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining Mo M variations.
Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on Ex Co / Monthly Review Meetings.
Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g.
Client profitability analysis, client segment analysis, cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, etc.)Project can be with specific focus or could have global background.
