Job Description: 1. Strategy formulation and implementation Develop a clear strategy from inception to completion of a product in lines with thebusiness strategy and align the same with budgets. Conceptualizing and Implementing strategies to penetrate new areas and expand existingones. Develop and present product strategy to partners and shareholders. Outline how you plan toachieve your objective and lay out the potential risks and opportunities. Ensure right product mix and product profitability Contribute to the development of the pricing policy Ensure productivity parameters and portfolio quality standards are met and maintained.2. Product and Process Related Co ordinate with the design teams to develop the product, the marketing team to effectivelymarket the product and outside vendors to distribute and sell your product. Product selection, Product lifecycle management, and assigning the appropriate productbrand quality by application, in alignment with corporate objectives. Work with sales teams and management in the development, fine tuning, and problemresolution of our product offering. Complete financial analysis to model the product’s cost and potential margin Ensure audit compliance and rating parameters are met.3. Customer Related Design market research projects, either with in-house staff or through an outside agency, toassess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Identify suitable partner, define responsibilities, communication plan and division ofresponsibility, milestones, contract with company, review transcripts and reports, andrecommend action plans from the research. Creation and suggesting strategies for dealer and stakeholder for business expansion.4. Relationship ManagementCreate lucrative incentive structure for employees and dealers for promoting the product orincreasing the sales volume Create and maintain relationship with OEM; drive resale prices up and dealer relationship.
