Job description Qualification : B.E.(Electrical / Mechanical) Min. Experience: 5-plus in Projects Planning & Execution MEP Responsibilities: 1) Lead, responsible for handing Companies all Project MEP Services - Electricals, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, CCTV, HVAC for Project Execution, Maintenance, Planning, 2) Co-ordination and all other related work assigned Lead and Communicate with Architects, MEP Consultant, for coordination for finalization of Design. Coordinate with Contractors, Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule as it pertains to MEP s 3) Administer financial aspects of the Owner s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders. 4) Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members. 5) Purchasing process and document control 6) Project Execution 7) Coordinate with MEP Consultant and resolve problems/issues to the benefit of project. 8) Maintain and manage all purchase and delivery schedules, change order processes, shop drawings, document control logs, Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence 9)Work with Purchasing in setting up/executing trade buyout including: defining scope of work, authoring 10)Exhibit B s, ensuring scope coverage, coordinating buy and project schedules Meeting Management.
