About the Department:
At Tres Vista, the role of Facility Management Services centers around unifying people, locations, and processes in the physical workspace to enhance individuals' quality of work life and optimize the business's primary activities. This integration of duties aids in maintaining smooth operations throughout the company, ensuring all systems function in harmony. Key Role Deliverables:
▪ Manage the Real Estate portfolio, including identification of new locations according to strategy, providing assistance in negotiations and acquisitions as needed
▪ Direct the Construction Team through all phases of building across various office sites, from design to handover
▪ Make key decisions on project scope, schedule, and budget, and oversee both internal staff and external entities like contractors
▪ Update management on the progress and potential issues of ongoing preconstruction projects in regard to risks, timelines, quality, and finances
▪ Ensure the commissioning of office spaces maintains facility standards and that maintenance is a continuous effort
▪ Aid the Facility team in managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and procurement processes
▪ Oversee coordination of facility-related activities within the team, ensuring performance tracking, reporting, and problem resolution
▪ Help establish procedures and standards for facility operations that are in line with those of other Pan India offices
▪ Promote continual learning by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future projects for better performance Prerequisites:
▪ Proficiency in overseeing all aspects of real estate, facility management and maintenance
▪ Over 15 years of experience in the corporate real estate and facilities sector, much of which includes successful management of real estate, office construction, and facility services
▪ Sustaining relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization
▪ Focus on achieving results, coupled with excellent analytical abilities, team leadership, and organizational skills
▪ Capability to perform efficiently under pressure within a cross-functional organization
▪ Skilled in the use of personal computers and productivity software, including Microsoft Office suite
▪ Strong command of verbal and written communication; demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct control, with solid interpersonal skills
▪ The role demands an organized person who can manage multiple projects at once, operate effectively under stress, set priorities independently with little oversight
▪ Regular domestic travel for business may be expected Experience:
