Qualifications
Strong understanding of the crypto/web3 space, or eagerness to learn fast
Proven experience in either De Fi or a core functional domain
Strong track record of execution
Comfortable with common Web3 tools: Telegram, Discord, Notion, Twitter, etc.
Passion for decentralized systems and crypto-native communities
