Intellimatch Reconciliation Developer, Pune

Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Reconciliation Developers with expertise in FIS Intellimatch or similar reconciliation platforms (e.g., Smart Stream TLM, DUCO, Gresham).

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing, supporting, and optimizing reconciliation processes and tools.

A strong technical background in SQL Server, scripting, and job scheduling tools is Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain reconciliation processes using Intellimatch or similar tools (e.g., DUCO, Frontier, Smart Stream TLM).

- Perform root cause analysis and technical evaluation for reconciliation issues; identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather reconciliation requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform database tuning and optimization.

- Utilize Perl or Shell scripting for automation and integration tasks.

- Manage and monitor jobs using job scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, performance, and security standards in all reconciliation Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in reconciliation development using tools such as Intellimatch (preferred), Smart Stream TLM, DUCO, or Gresham.

- Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query writing and performance tuning.

- Proficiency in Perl scripting or Shell scripting.

- Experience with job schedulers like Control-M or Autosys.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve reconciliation issues to Have :

- Understanding of financial instruments and processes including Nostro, Depot, Intersystem, and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

- Exposure to financial services and banking : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
