Things to remember while entering the campus
Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
would need to produce valid negative RT-PCR report (72 hours) in case of single vaccination or if they have travelled between states despite being dual vaccinated
Please wear masks, & follow Covid protocols
Documents to Carry:
Carry a print out your updated resume;
Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
All original education documents needs to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)

Role Designation: RTR, Process lead (IC role)

Education: Graduate / PG in Commerce

Exp: 4-9 years

Job Location: Pune

Must be comfortable for WFO

Must be okay with UK Shift (12: 30 PM to 11 PM)




Preferably in an outsourcing environment or service industry.

1. Ability to train and support Team Members on process related queries

2. Handle Urgent Queries / Priority Payments

3. Ability to analyze the root cause of an issue and design CAPA

4. Ability to understand Teams potential and deploy right skills at right place and create back ups

5. Hands on in Fixed Assets, Intercompany, BS Reconciliations and Financial consolidation adjustments

6. Closure of Books and supporting Month End Activities

7. Define/Set Goals for Team members.

8. Strong hold on process performance measurement, reporting and tracking requirements

9. Working knowledge of risk mitigation practices to identify and manage the risk and liabilities

10. Able to generate accurate reports and highlight issues

11 Thorough understanding of quality procedures and techniques along with control measures

12. Seeks new thinking in the group activity seeks ideas from teams across area

13. Leverage knowledge if processes/work outputs to identify areas of continues improvement to deliver superior result

14. High Impact communication - Ability to drive Client conversations independently




Job Description For OTC: Process Specialist (2+ years of Exp)



Cash Application and allocation
Understanding on Credit Management
Credit Insurance and follow-up
Forecasting of cash flows
Resolve IT/ Process related issues for customer invoicing process
Order approvals
Other Monthly Reporting
Good written and verbal communication
Hands on working knowledge of SAP



Collections:

SKILLS- Finance & Accounting OTC, SAP experience is must.

Sub Skills- Cash apps, Billing

Np : Immediate to 15 days

CA Fresher:




a) CA fresher with degree certificates
