Job Title: Success Factors Payroll Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Success Factors Compensation Consultant with over 7 years of relevant experience and a minimum of 2 end-to-end Success Factors Employee Central Payroll implementations.
The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in payroll processes, system configuration, and integration capabilities.
Requirements:7+ years of Success Factors experience with strong expertise in the Compensation module.
Minimum of 2 full-cycle end-to-end Success Factors Compensation implementations.
Strong understanding of compensation planning processes and best practices.
Ability to configure complex compensation structures, business rules, and workflows.
Experience in integrating Compensation with Employee Central and/or Performance & Goals.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Success Factors Certification in Compensation is highly desirable.
