Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time. Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell. Build long term relationship with the bank staff. Eligibility Qualifications: Age between 21 – 30 yrs Graduation / Post Graduation 1 Year plus Sales Experience in Bfsi/Nbfc/ Insurance Industry preferred Good Communication Skills. Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships. Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude High on Honesty and Integrity Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
