Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Office Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Tiruchirappalli. The Administrative Office Specialist will manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative assistance, handle customer inquiries, and assist in maintaining records and documentation. You will coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and provide support to enhance efficiency across organizational processes. Managing and organizing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring effective communication within the office will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and internal team collaboration effectively.
Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient workflow and proper documentation management.
Basic knowledge of Accounting for managing records and supporting financial operations.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using office software tools including word processors, spreadsheets, and email communication platforms.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
