Job Summary:We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Business Finance team in the FP&A organization with a focus on the Consulting Services/Customer Success/ G&A and R&D businesses as HighRadius Corporation (HRC) experiences growth at scale. You will report to the Director of Business Finance FP&A. Our team helps promote deeper insights into our business and supports the leadership team with greater visibility and predictability. Responsibilities:Partner with G&A/CV/Professional Services/R&D organizations to manage budgets, forecasts, reports, and analyses.Manage revenue, headcount, and expense forecastRun month-end close with accountingForecast financial results within 2% accuracy and explain levers to any variances from expectationImprove financial processes and implement system improvements to support hyper-growth at scaleImprove forecast accuracy and develop recommendations based upon an understanding of HRC's business modelWork and build relationships with important partners across G&A and R&D organizations, finance and accounting teams to improve important insightsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable quantitative field. MBA Finance (tier 2,3). CA is good to have.4+ years of FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting experience with a focus on technology familiarity with the software industry and SaaS business models.Strong Financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis experienceExpert in Excel and Google Sheets can maintain complex spreadsheets, comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcutsExperience with GAAP. Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
