Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible Frontend Specialist / Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes rapid delivery, and has a strong product-oriented mindset. Your primary role will include contributing actively to the creation and refinement of Figma prototypes and rapidly translating them into live products. Candidates with prior product experience will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly transform Figma designs into responsive, production-ready frontend implementations.
- Actively contribute to and iterate on Figma prototypes alongside our design team.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, clearly communicating progress and proactively addressing challenges.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless frontend integration.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance.
- Regularly deliver incremental product improvements and actively propose enhancements based on user feedback and market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, React, Next JS, AWS, Tailwind CSS
- Proven ability to rapidly prototype and ship frontend features.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
