Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve B2 B sales objectives.

Identify and capitalize on market opportunities driving revenue growth.

Team Leadership : Lead mentor and motivate the B2 B sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge and sales skills.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Personally engage with key B2 B clients and decisionmakers to build relationships and close strategic deals.

Oversee the acquisition and retention of B2 B clients ensuring client satisfaction.

4.

Sales Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5.

Crossfunctional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing product development and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience.

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

6.

Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the B2 B sales budget.

Monitor expenses and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

7.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.

Utilize market intelligence to refine sales strategies and maintain Lawyereds competitive edge.
