Turbolab is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who is passionate about data, is full of ideas, and can thrive in a start-up environment. As a hands-on designer, you will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position. This role requires effective design skills for a wide range of marketing content including digital campaigns (emails, site assets, web pages, digital advertising and social media). What you would be doing Ideate and design 360° content assets for a range of platforms including the website, emails and social media platformsA Data storyteller who can turn complex ideas into engaging graphs and chartsProduce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital advertisements for visually sophisticated audiencesCoordinate cross-departmentally and internationally to collect information and assets as required for content production.Design external-facing content design assets for materials including research reports, marketing decks, one pagers, product fact sheets, web landing pages, and the ability to manage multiple versions for different audiences.Collaborate, ideate and create multimedia video content for inbound marketing effortsCreate In-house graphics needs for other departments What you must have 6 months to 1 year of prior graphic design experience with a polished, clean portfolio that showcases elevated designs.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, After Effects and Adobe XD).Motion graphics, animation, and video work with an understanding of UI/UX Design for web would be preferred.Up-to-date with recent design best practices and toolsHave an interest in the data industry and willing to turn data into visually appealing creativesCollaborative individual who thrives working for an in-house design or marketing team.Can flawlessly execute designs that adhere to marketing best practices and established brand guidelines: Professional and authoritative without being stuffy or dry.A flexible & proactive approach, as well as being open to feedback when working with a team.We’d love to hear from you if you: Find the idea of working for a growing startup exciting.Interested in working with data and gathering insightsAre good at creating technical graphic content for visually sophisticated audiences.
