The demand for our Chadhava and Puja services is already exploding — we just need the right person to pour fuel on it.
This is a founding-team hire. You'll sit directly with the founders, own a ₹1 Cr+ monthly budget, and have full visibility into every business decision. No layers, no approvals treadmill.
What you'll own Performance & growth engine Manage ₹1 Cr+ in monthly ad spend. Work with the best digital marketers to cut CAC aggressively while scaling volume. You own the P& L logic, not just the dashboards. Product & funnel ownership Own the end-to-end user journey — from ad click to first Chadhava to repeat devotee. Work directly with product to instrument, test, and improve conversion at every step. 0→1 bets & experiments Loyalty programs, international market launches, vernacular content — you pitch it, own it, ship it. We run real experiments here, not just A/B tests on button colors. Tech-driven growth loops Work with engineering on growth primitives — referral systems, push/notification flows, SEO infra, and feature flagging for growth experiments. You should be comfortable in Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL. Data models & retention Build cohort models, churn signals, and LTV predictions. We're data-first — but you also need to understand what makes a devotee come back beyond just the numbers.
Cross-functional bridge Festival campaigns need ops, product, and tech all aligned. You're the one who makes that happen — without a project manager holding your hand.
Who we're looking for Comfortable with product and data — you've worked closely with product or engineering teams, understand how funnels actually work technically, and can pull your own SQL without waiting on someone You ship things — ideas are cheap. We need someone who goes from concept to live in days, not quarters Category empathy — this isn't Saa S or fashion. We're touching people's faith. You need to understand the trust that comes with that
Startup metabolism — 3–4 years in a high-growth consumer startup with real ownership. Comfortable not having all the answers on day one
