Overview: The Head of Special Projects plays a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful completion of key assignments within the Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive sectors.

This position is critical in leading and coordinating multifaceted projects that are central to the organizations strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for the successful delivery of special projects Lead crossfunctional project teams to achieve set milestones and targets Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions Monitor and report on project progress to senior management Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements Oversee quality assurance to maintain high project standards Implement best practices for project management and Drive continuous improvement in project processes and methodologies Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Prepare and present project proposals to secure necessary approvals Conduct postproject reviews and evaluations to extract key learnings Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field Proven experience in managing complex projects within the Construction/Manufacturing/Engineering/Automotive industries Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and project management Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Excellent leadership and communication abilities Indepth knowledge of industry regulations and standards Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management software and tools Track record of successful stakeholder management and negotiation Experience in budgeting and resource allocation Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Certification in Project Management (PMP Prince2 or equivalent) is preferred Flexibility to travel as needed for project requirements Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and compliance project management (pmp, prince2),leadership,automotive,budgeting,projects,analytical skills,quality assurance,strategic planning,management,manufacturing,industry regulations,communication,project teams,resource allocation,project management,negotiation,critical thinking,construction,stakeholder management
