Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is required
Minimum 1 - 5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Knowledge of US healthcare hiring trends
Experience with job boards, ATS, Linked In Recruiter, and email outreach
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting nurses, allied health, or physician roles
Familiarity with compliance, credentialing, and onboarding processes
