Job Title: Helpdesk Support Location: Bangalore Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST (5-day work week) Summary: This role involves overseeing invoice and expense coding and management for the IT department, ensuring proper matching of purchases to invoices, and maintaining records.
You will manage vendor relationships, handle procurement processes, and provide IT support, all while working closely with the Tech Ops Manager/CTO.

Key Responsibilities: Hardware and OS Support: Provide laptop / desktop hardware and operating system support to end users.
Application Support: Offer basic troubleshooting and support for business applications.
Networking Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking concepts to assist in technical troubleshooting and coordination.
Invoice and Expense Coding & Management: Match purchases to invoices and verify records for accuracy and completeness.
Code invoices for approval by the Tech Ops Manager/CTO.
Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and maintain user, vendor, contract, and purchase information in our ITSM system.
Vendor Management & Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, procure goods/services, and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Track and manage renewals (with 3-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, and invoice processing).
Future Responsibilities (for growth): Documentation & Process Development: Document internal processes and policies for standardization.
Review and update technical documentation, starting with identifying outdated materials.
Help Desk Communication: Write Help Desk articles and "How To" guides for end users.
Communicate with the team (Fo C) to assist with training and ongoing support.
Vendor Ordering & Maintenance: Handle ordering and tracking of assets from vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Vendor & Software Maintenance: Monitor vendor websites / services for new software versions and updates.
Compile and report planned maintenance and outages for vendors.
Required Skills & Experience: 3-4 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, and invoice processing.
Strong understanding of purchase order tracking and asset management.
Experience with ITSM systems and maintaining technical documentation.
Basic networking knowledge.
