Role Description This is a fulltime onsite role for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner located in Hyderabad.

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies employee relations labor and employment law compliance and performance management on a daytoday basis.

The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating outstanding employee experience and be a custodian of workplace culture.

The incumbent should address interpersonal team and organizational conflicts with tact empathy and unconditional positive regard.

Implement learning and development and performance management strategies to create positive business outcomes.

Qualifications HR Policies Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills Labor and Employment Law knowledge Experience in Performance Management Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams Relevant HR certification or advanced degree in Human Resources MBA in HR Management is preferred Atleast 8 years of progressive work experience in employee relations and engagement employee relations,human resources,performance management,communication,hr policies
