We're Hiring | Operations & HR Manager CRH ENT, MRI & Diagnostics, Greater Noida
We are a high-volume ENT and diagnostic centre in GREATER NOIDA, the NCR region, with a full MRI and diagnostics wing, and a team of 65+ people across clinical and non-clinical functions.
We need someone who can own the engine room.
What you'll be responsible for:
End-to-end daily operations across OT, OPD, diagnostics and wards HR and staffing: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination Vendor management: AMC contracts, consumables, equipment procurement Patient experience: queue flow, billing, complaint resolution Compliance and records: NABH-readiness, licences, regulatory adherence Inventory control: surgical and diagnostic supplies, reorder management
You're the right person if you:
✅ Have 3-6 years of hospital operations experience (clinical setting preferred) ✅ Are calm under pressure and decisive with people ✅ Communicate fluently in Hindi and English ✅ Are comfortable with Excel, EMR tools and operational tracking ✅ Take ownership, not just follow instructions
