Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our critical global business
units. This is a high-impact, strategic role that works closely with Business Unit Heads and senior
global leaders to shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term capability
building.
Key Requirements
• 7–15 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to partner with senior global stakeholders in a matrixed or multi-region
organization.
• Demonstrated capability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with
leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
