MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific About the Role: Position Title: Active Directory Architect / Engineer Corporate Title: AVP Location: Bengaluru Job Profile Position details Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement Active Directory and Entra ID solutions, including multi-domain environments.

Develop and maintain Active Directory policies and procedures.

Implement modern authentication methods Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.

Implement and manage security policies and compliance standards.

Integrate Active Directory with other IT systems and tools.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory issues.

Conduct performance monitoring and optimization of Active Directory systems.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Active Directory management.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in Active Directory architecture and management.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory / Entra ID.

Must have very strong automation skills to drive operational efficiencies Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Power Shell).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications from Microsoft are a plus.
