Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the engineering teams responsible for enterprise systems, including Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and other critical platforms.

- To be accountable for the speed and quality of the technical delivery ensuring high standards throughout our technical execution Technical Expertise : - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, Saa S solutions, and integration of complex systems.

Leadership Skills : - Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing engineering teams.

Architecture and Design : - Strong collaboration with the Global Head of Architecture based in Europe to drive the technical design and optimization of Dentsu's platforms ensuring that they are best in class for the needs of the business Dev Ops : - Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimize risks.

- Drive for a consistent set of tools and standards for the technical Team Management : - Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and technical specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Project Management : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, IT, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Ensure successful execution of projects within scope, time, and budget.

Innovation : - Drive innovation by staying up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and implement new technologies to meet business needs.

Vendor Management : - Manage technical relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that their solutions align with Dentsu's technical and business requirements and that we are technically compliant with their recommendations for best-in-class implementations Risk Management and Compliance : - Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with engineering projects and operations.

- Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Oversee the budgeting process for engineering projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet business objectives.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for technical stakeholders within the organization, providing regular updates on the status of projects, challenges, and technical roadmaps.

Strategic Leadership : Craft and communicate a compelling vision for the engineering department that aligns with the company's long-term goals.

- Define and influence the technical strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems (e.g, Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce).

- Align technical initiatives with Dentsu's overall business strategy to drive growth and operational efficiency Qualification and Skills : - Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing enterprise systems such as Workday, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce.

- Large experience of Cloud Based systems and modern technology is key.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a high-performance, large engineering organization with mix of internal and external resources - Proven track record in leading end-to-end engineering solutions at enterprise level covering CRM, ERP/Finance and HRMS systems with accountability for schedule, quality and customer satisfaction - In-depth experience in leading engineering solutions covering Lead-to-Contract, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes - In-depth experience in leading all facets of engineering including configurations, customizations, custom-extensions, integrations and reports - Experience in an ERP centric technology landscape in Dynamics 365 or Oracle EBS or SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Workfront etc.

- In-depth experience in full delivery life-cycle covering Business Readiness, Deployment and ongoing BAU support - In-depth experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - both waterfall and agile - Track record of implementing best practices Devops process/tools (Azure or JIRA Devops) - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to liaise with business stakeholders & technology teams - Broad technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication capabilities to drive innovation and change (ref:hirist.tech)
