Main Responsibilities : Be an SME in Data engineering Domain Define and deliver the global data strategy to support the companys growth aspirations.

Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the platform and capabilities are aligned with strategic goals.

Oversee the agile data development team responsible for building, maintaining, and running the Snowflake-based data platform.

Establish and embed a data governance, security, and compliance framework across the organization.

Enable business teams with high-quality, self-service data tools to facilitate insights and decision-making.

Stay ahead of advancements in data technologies and methodologies, introducing innovations as needed.

Manage budgets, resources, and team development to support ongoing data initiatives Experience and Skills Must-Haves: Extensive experience in data strategy, governance, and platform operations.

Expertise in modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake(used in Backend).not primary skills Powe BI, Data management, azure, Fabric Work with Business users to Consolidate, Cost optimization on reporting Manage 7-8 Member Team of individual contributors Partner with multiple stakeholder within the company Proven leadership of cross-functional and agile teams.

A track record of building and embedding governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
